Michael Dvahyu was Born in the Niger Delta, Nigeria to a Christian family and started writing songs at the early age of six. Performing in major school drama's, singing and dancing competitions. Once he was living in the streets of Free Town, Sierra Leone, Abidjan the Ivory Coast, where Dvahyu experienced first hand by becoming the victim of child slavery, child labour, a child soldier, street kid, also witnessing crimes against women and children through abuse. Micheal has dedicated the song "Heal the broken hearted" for all the African mothers and their children.
